Hi everybody! I hope your week is going good. All is well here in Alabama! I wanted to share with you about Tim's missions trip to the Amazon. He took a group from our church to the Amazon. They went into villages that had never seen white people and had never heard the name of Jesus. This was a wonderful challenge for Tim. The thing in ministry he does best is share Christ. The team saw over 1,000 people come to know the Lord. They were gone for 11 days. They stayed on a houseboat on the Amazon River. They would take smaller boats into different villages to witness/share Christ. Tim said it was so poor, sad. He would go into some homes where there would be many children and very little food. The Lord worked in a wonderful way on this trip. He wants to go again. Our church joined with the IMB for this trip. Thank you for your prayers; even though we missed Tim so much; it is so worth it for souls to be saved. Above are some different pictures from his trip.
