Attitude

Hi everyone! We have been gone all weekend. We went to see Brittney; our daughter at Liberty University. After driving ten long hours home; I didn't go to church last night. I did watch Dr. Mac Brunson, Pastor of FBC, Jax. He did an amazing job. He was preaching on "Sail To Success" ... about attitudes. Here are some points he said. Hope they minister to you like they did me. I will blog later about our trip to see Brittney!

*Get up in the morning with a good attitude. I've always heard don't get up saying "Good Lord, it's morning". Get up saying "Good morning Lord".

*Attitudes hurts or heals relationship with others. How we feel about someone can make or break our relationship with them.

*You can turn your failures into successes. What you feel are failures in your life can sometimes be made into success stories.

*Start out your life well ... end the race well. The decisions you make in the beginning of your life can come back around years down the road. This is so true. The older I get; the more I know this to be true.

*Turn problems into possibilities. It's all in how you look at a situation.

*Just because I am a Christian doesn't automatically make me right ... ouch ... OK, Dr. Brunson ... step off that foot :) This is true. If we have a wrong attitude in our thinking; we can be wrong. We are not always right.
