pourrais-je avoir la vérité cette fois
Hi everyone! I haven't blogged in a little while; thought I'd catch up. I've been really busy but am having a good time! My Mom came to visit last weekend. I met my Dad half-way and got Mom. We had a great time. She got to see Ashlyn cheer, play basketball, sing in the youth choir. We went shopping, eating, she ate up all our Slim Bear Klondike bars and she is SKINNY as all get out!! I look at a Klondike bar and gain five pounds. I give up! I took her back home on Monday. We enjoyed Memaw coming! This week has been crazy. Ashlyn's varsity basketball team is undefeated. We have had games most of the week. They won each time. We won last night; which means EMCA won the division. A big shout out to the girls! Now they move on to the regionals this week and then State, if they continue winning. This is a huge deal for our school. Our school is only four years old; so we are proud!! I worked at the school this week in the Office. I enjoy doing that; it was very busy but the day went by fast.
Today, Ashlyn and I had big plans to spend the day together. She came downstairs mid-morning and had a horrible cough, a fever and sore throat. We took her to the Primary Care in town and there were ONLY 40 people in front of us. Can you believe that?!? They gave us a beeper and we came home. Tim took her back about an hour ago; I'm anxious to see what's wrong with our girl. Please pray for her!
Brittney flew to Jacksonville yesterday with some friends to attend part of the FBC, Jax Pastor's Conference. She enjoyed seeing my brother, several friends. She had a good time. She returned home late last night.
OK - that's it for now. Remember ... God is good and when we don't understand what He's doing; just trust. Love - Joy

Hi girl, glad you stopped by again for a visit. I feel your pain on the sick child thing, my house has been infested, also.
I got my header on istockphoto.com. There are hundreds and hundreds of great pix to choose from. Hope that helps.
Talk to you again soon,
Kelli
