Well well ... it did what I thought it wouldn't do ... it snowed in Alabama!! We were blessed with a long weekend and we were looking forward to some r/r. Even though I had hoped it would snow for Ashlyn; I seriously didn't think it would. It was snowing at Liberty where Brittney attends; it was snowing where my parents, brother live. Around 8:30 a.m. on Monday morning, Ashlyn came running into our bedroom and said "It's snowing". I looked out the blinds and it was just beginning to. It was so pretty. I had seen snow as a little girl growing up in Rome, Georgia. Later that morning we got dressed and headed out. Ashlyn immediately began throwing snow balls at Tim & I; we did get her back too!! It was so much fun. We got into the car and drove around the city to see how it looked. Sadly, it didn't last very long; but we sure did enjoy it while it lasted! Thanks for the memory Lord! Hi Joy! I have heard lots of good things about you from Jon and Rebecca. I do hope to get to meet you sometime soon. I'm sure you all had a good time on the Bible cruise. Hollie had a nice trip! Take care!
