Our EMCA girls Varsity basketball team won their first regional tournament yesterday. We played Ashford Academy. Please understand, our school is only four years old and we didn't win many games last year. To go from this to being undefeated is amazing! We play next week - we play Shelby Academy. If the girls win this; they go to the State play-offs!! Regardless of the outcome, we are so proud of these girls. They are all great girls, have had a great time spirit, workability. Our coaches love these girls. It's not all about what goes on "on the court"; they desire them to be well-rounded young women for the Lord. We are proud. Go EMCA Wildcats!!

Way to go team! My daughter is an absolute basketball freak! Her season just ended on Friday! We didn't have a winning season, but your story gives me hope. I will share it with her!
